The RFP Development phase translates the planning blueprint into an actual draft RFP or RFP supported
by the required processes, quality controls and approvals, while keeping in mind, at the centre, the
desired business objectives. Key elements of this stage can include:
- Development of key requirements that map to the delivery of the desired objectives.
- Issuance of draft & other consultation documentation.
- Solicitation updates and finalizations.
- Liaison among stakeholders throughout the process.
The SourceX™ RFP Module will allow you to start working on your RFP right away using the Starter RFP
delivered by The Knowledge Library. You will have:

template from the Knowledge Library.
How this Module Works:
If you wish to access a particular RFP content template and begin your RFP development they are
available through the Knowledge Library SourceX™ support center. You can request a certain type
of template through the request a quote form page or through Request a quote beside any of the
templates listed above.
