You can purchase the SourceX service by calling 1-866-799-4510 and speaking with a SourceX representative or by filling out an online form and a SourceX representative will get back to you in the time you specify.
- How do I get started using the SourceX service?
Once you have purchased the service you will be issued a username and password via automated email by the Knowledge Library administrator. This will allow you to login and start using SourceX.
- What computer requirements do I need to run SourceX?
All you need is access to the internet and web browsers Internet Explorer 7.0 or Firefox 2+. If you require further technical support you can email tech support from our website.
- What if I need procurement help in determining what I need and how I should start my project?
SourceX can provide expert advise on how to start on your procurement project and can provide extra consulting services if you need them.
- What if I have no information to start my RFP?
The SourceX Knowledge Library Administrator will guide as to what you will need and will also supply you with a starter RFP to work from. If you need further support at any time you can email our support team from our website and they will get back to you in the time you request.
- What if I have questions about how to use SourceX?
SourceX comes with a variety of help tools to quickly get you up and using the service. The online video tutorials will give you an in depth learning of all the features you can use.
- What if I am part way through my project and want to use SourceX to help finish my RFP?
The SourceX team can import the information you already have and you can get started using the service and its features right away.
